Mr Black - Influenced By Vol 3 - Jon Pleased Wimmin

Time for vol 3 of this series of mixes, inspired by my favourite dj’s, I used to listen to in the 90’s, there were many that influenced me with the music they played and style of their sets, This time I have chosen Jon Pleased Wimmin, Jon’s sets always amazed me in the 90's and still do to this day, his mixes are always spot on and the tune selection is always outstanding, the way he can go from an all-out disco track to something with a nice harder techno edge is amazing & all whist wearing high heels, if it wasn’t for Jon’s mixes I would never have heard classics like “The East Village Loft Society’s Manhattan Anthem or Sain PT 2 – Alright, I was lucky enough to remix a couple of tracks for Jon and played for him at one of his night a couple of years back and he is just as fabulous in person. 😊
This is the 3rd volume in the influenced series, a series of mixes featuring some of my personal favourites that these dj’s used to play back in the good old days. Hope you enjoy it.
