inspired by some of my favourite dj’s from the 90’s that influenced me back in the day with the music they played and the style of their sets, This time I have selected Jeremy Healy, when I first moved from playing old skool hardcore the house scene, Jeremy Healy was one of the first dj’s that I started listening to. I loved the why that he would cross several genres in a set from a big trance sounding track,handbag and breakbeats, It was in his sets, I first heard tunes such as Winx “higher state of consciousness” & Quench’s almighty “Dreams” track. Some of the tunes may have been a bit more on the commercial side from time to time even slipping in some Michael Jackson as well but it was all stuff that was guaranteed to get the crowd jumping, something I always aim to do in my sets to this day. This is the 2nd volume in the influenced series, a series of mixes featuring some of my personal favourites that these dj’s used to play back in the good old days. Hope you enjoy it.
