Wanderlust with Mariam Koloyan feat. Scrounge (19/04/2025)

April has come to the Wanderlust shores and what a special episode it was. This month, we were joined by my London Spotlight Artists of the Month Scrounge for the first ever live session on Wanderlust on Soho Radio!

We talked about the importance of community, the DIY scene in South London, and they treated us to a brilliant performance of their brand new album 'Almost Like You Could', out last week on Ba Da Bing Records. Scrounge are a noisy punk duo consisting of Luke Cartledge and Lucy Alexander from South East London. Their approach is DIY to its core - all their releases and gigs have been put up by their community of musicians, and they sing about radical love, solidarity and justice.
