Kate chats with Soho legend Mark Wigan.

An iconic club promoter and illustrator, Mark co-founded the legendary Brain Club on Wardour Street in the early ’90s, a hub of creativity and underground energy. His distinctive illustrations have captured the essence of London’s subcultural spirit and led him to collaborate with giants such as Andy Warhol and Dr. Martens.

Most recently, Mark teamed up with Kate to create the illustrations for her book on the London acid house movement, 88 – The Untold Story of a Revolution.

Now based in Snowdonia, Mark divides his time between managing a rewilding project and continuing his lifelong work as an archiver and illustrator.
