Adam (Adski) - Collector / DJ / Former Engineer - Influenced by his father, a DJ himself in the 70's. Brought up with a musical diet of jazz funk, soul, ska, reggae and rare grooves featured artists like Roy Ayers, George Clinton and groups from The O'Jays to Incognito and that influenced my direction of tastes. On and off I have been DJing for 3 decades in various locations around the world but mostly in the UK. Previously worked as a sound engineer and have come full circle with audio technology initially started out on vinyl (which I learned to mix on) through to when 19" rack mount cd players came out of and course the more recent and current CDJ's in both CD & USB "Rekordbox" variant. That all being said Vinyl has never been far away and as with all technologies there are pluses and minuses with both and with that again it's finding out the right balance which works best for you.
