Everything has calmed down to a mild panic and routine is returning, albeit with a slight shuffle to accommodate my weekly radio show on Release Radio - Manic Mind will now release on a Monday - this way I can return to weekly uploads on Mixcloud as the weekly pressure of maintaining the day job, maintaining a household with teenagers and prep for a weekly 2 hour live radio show has been intense🙏🏻
