Sadly it's a truth that from dark times spring beautiful things; whether it's music, art, literature, or societies and their people.
Detroit is as famous for it's incredible musical output as it is infamous for it's economic and social decline in recent decades. Still, it produces some of the most beautiful and challenging music in the world.
This vinyl mix is a little nod in that direction. But, really, it's just a little dig around my vinyl for stuff that makes me go..hmmm..
