The third mix of 2024 is first a nod to my DJing roots in Glasgow. Especially Nicco Rossi who opened my ears to the underground sound. Then Pabsy, Big Deek, Keith and Scott: endless smoky nights with sounds from greats like Hardfloor, Pullen, Hulkkonen, Chandler, Garnier, Craig. Cutting my teeth. Incredible souvenirs
It's then a nod to the future. Neuchatel’s underground that loves groovin, jazzy, driven house and techno. This mix was inspired preparing for the D3: Jazz Sessions. Neuchatel’s best underground scene and an honour to get behind their decks
As a “Vol.1” it’s also launch of a mix series “Neuchatel : Underground by Overground” hosting local DJs on Blue in Green. Music’s the thing that’s been with me always. DJing is my evolution of my love for performing and creating. I honestly feel blessed to have all these wonderful records, all these years and years of amazing people and incredible musical sharing experiences. I want to find a way to keep that coming
