January's mix was cut to celebrate a cheese night with friends. It was a party with great people, amazing Swiss cheeses and wine. Genuine, a burning fire and tunes is as good as January gets
Keeping January positive I've learned is important: it's like starting a new day: you always want to wake up feeling good, even though it's hard sometimes. And I love soul and disco. But, next month's mix will be a shift towards jazz (ano[the]r musical home), and a more reflective sound that gets your soul in a different way which is just as satisfying
So here's January's mood. Easy, to be enjoyed with cheese and wine, friends and fires if you can
