Montes – Portugal (39.63675085183137, -8.26548548377688) It's a small village where I used to spend my holidays back in the 80s 90s. Last week I return to this place, this time as a DJ to play in their local festivities. It’s an open air camp where there is a lot of beer.
The sun was high, temperate was hot…To the left where I was standing, there were some senior folk playing cards. To my right, young people having beer… how to please them all?! I chose a music style that I haven’t played in ages (since I was first learning how to DJ.. time when I practice a lot of different styles.) … of course I made a few mixing mistakes, but… Overall… I think it went pretty well.
