In this week's Community Outreach Show, Steve Firth speaks to Heather and Ray from Boomerang West Lothian, a local charity that provides a talking newspaper service for the West Lothian area. The service is operated by volunteers who record the local newspaper onto memory sticks that are then posted to service users who are registered blind, partially sighted or those unable to read small print easily.
