Naomi Kashiwagi is a sound and visual artist and uses wind-up gramophone turntables to play re-appropriated 80 year old 78rpm records. This performance, Gramophonica, involves manually maintaining locked grooves, looping, groove hopping and mechanical beat making. However for this takeover she plays records (33rpm and 45rpm) from her personal collection and mixes electronica, classical, disco, rock, experimental, folk and avant-pop. For this takeover, Naomi uses three notated scores for two turntables that she has composed and they can be found here: http://www.naomikashiwagi.co.uk/scores-for-two-turntables
