Juanita Margerison is founder & director of ‘The Resonance Centre’. A holistic wellbeing hub set within in a lovingly converted old schoolhouse right here in Manchester and they are dedicated to powerful positive change. The centre offers free access to yoga, meditation and EFT/tapping classes along with many other events and their much loved weekly sober rave…… ‘BORN FREE’! Manchesters weekly conscious dance floor is a place to ‘let it go’, ‘shake it off’ and release with no rules, no steps & no expectations. The centre can also offer free places on their own ‘Integrating self’ course, fully funded by Manchester City Council and designed to heal the symptoms of trauma holistically. The Resonance centre is ultimately a safe space and for many it’s now #secondhome
