Alessio Luigi Ottaviani, better known by his stage name Malandro, was born in Maputo, Mozambique. His style of sound is Piano Deep, his own genre founded with South African Deep House and huge notes of emotion from Afro Tech, powered by uncontrollable rhythm from Afro House and deep rhythmic bass drum hits coming from Amapiano. His passion stems from his upbringing in South Africa (Nelspruit, Mpumalanga) and his Love for South African culture, people and music. His journey with music started at an early age as a hobby, exposed to countless genres and styles while producing music since 2012 and now finally identifying his sound in music.
