In Real Life (IRL) is a DJ from Manchester influenced by his upbringing of music. As a kid he loved to dig deep into an array of CD's his mum had kept during the early 90's, some of these included Ministry of Sounds Anthems from 1991 - 2008 and The Prodigy Experience from 1992. This music has had a long lasting effect on IRL and has not only crept into his DJ sets but also into his guitar playing. With his ambient style, he aims to make his guitar sound more like a synthesiser, which will be heard in future releases. IRL directs his mixes and club sets to recapture the euphoric feelings he felt as a kid and hopes to take the listener on the same journey.
