CHRYSALIS is a Los Angeles based DJ who utilizes the decks as an instrument to take you on a rhythmic journey. Within the transitional blends of ambience, powerhouse vocals, and heavy hitting percussion she creates a soundscape between her selections. Jumping between wide ranges of genres you never know where you will end up on her exploration of sound. R&B and Rap are the core of her story which you will hear in the midst of the many rhythms for a feeling of nostalgia and familiarity. CHRYSALIS is officially Rochelle Jordan’s touring DJ and has played concerts internationally and festivals as big as Bass Coast, Hard Summer, & Outside Lands. Her intention with each set is to make an atmosphere for dancers, music lovers and those alike to feel safe to come together as a community, show up as you are, have fun on the dance floor, and be free.
