Reform Radio Presents: World Mental Health Day 10th October 2019

In this episode we want to raise your awareness and start a discussion revolving around the topic of Mental Health. We invited two guests to talk about their personal experiences, how they perceive a mental illness and to look at what can be done to help those who struggle.
