This week: www.mixcloud.com/leenknecht had Maxï a.k.a. Fourmï Rouz in the living room, a DJ and broadcaster who is recognised far beyond his homeland Mauritius. The ‘Music Kabinet’s’ founding member also serves as music director for Electrocaïne. During his tenure at the Singapore based arts and music collective, he oversaw the collective's transformation from a creative studio to a globally-renowned bastion of good music. More recently, Maxï started sharing A&R duties with Brooklyn's wonderkid Nickodemus, on his label ‘Wonderwheel Recordings’.
