Ailsa has been serving up solid gold scoops of soul to the city and its suburbs for many moons, whilst climbing the (literal) ladder to Manchester International Festival, visiting the Desert Island Disco with Lauren Laverne and riding the Reform Radio airwaves as a resident since the station launched, all whilst (wo)manning the decks at one of Manchester's most infamous record shops.
