Jah-Tek welcomes ‘Dark Red Records’ onto Reform this month, for an hour of fluid rolling DnB, enriched with nostalgia and soundsystem flavour.
The DRR operation started with a crowd funder in 2021, and grew quickly to become a community of creatives with shared energy, ethos and values. This year DRR claim their 4th EP, ‘Ceremonial Doses’, a 300 pressing release featuring stripped back DnB expression, fortified with transcendent atmospherics and rich sub bass movement.
The ’Ceremonial Doses’ EP features tracks from head honcho ‘Ego-Free Sequences’, DRR’s own ‘Darsk’ and French producer 'Sqimer' - a new addition to the DRR catalogue and the mastering engineer for the whole release.
