Joining Great Danes Co-Founder CONE for this months show, Nu World is a DJ and selector based in Leicester who runs the cassette/CD only mixtape series and party, Peace Militia. Drawing strong influence from the ethos of early Balearic music culture allows his sets to be diverse and dynamic, dropping tracks from spaced out jazz, dub, odd-ball gems, downtempo chuggers and jacking house.
Having cut his teeth at various community stations in London such as Voices Radio, AAJA and Balamii and working at Kristina Records where he gained great insight into London's record culture. He has gone on to play at some of London's best listening bars and clubs such as Corsica Studios, Venue MOT, Brilliant Corners, Jazu, Jumbi and Colour Factory where he has warmed up for the likes of Bradley Zero, Cinthie, Charlie Dark, Ross Allen and Eden Burns. Also he has had a string of shows in Tokyo, Ibiza and Vilnius.
