Dear Younger Self... you know all those times where you messed up, I mean you made a real mess of a decision and you just think WHY!?!? Well in this podcast my aim is to talk about all the things I wish I'd known, openly and honestly. In this episode my aunt, my cousin, and my mum are all joining me for a conversation on sex relationships and consent. I promise it isn't as awkward as it sounds though there are definitely a few embarrassing stories to make you laugh. There's a lot of shame around discussing sex and relationships. All my biggest mistakes in relationships were because I didn't know better, or I was ashamed to ask, but my hope is that this podcast might help someone else not feel that shame!
