Shayna McHayle, AKA Junglepussy, is never short of quality no matter the medium. Born and raised in East New York, McHayle had an early inclination towards the arts; she attended the Fashion Institute of Technology to become a designer and stylist. With rapping in her arsenal of talents, she pivoted to music — her debut song "Cream Team" quickly received a stamp of approval from critics and artists like Erykah Badu. In 2018, with three albums under her belt, she released _JP3_, some of her most accomplished work yet. Her honest, hilarious, welcoming personality on display all over the record. Also in 2018, Junglepussy acted alongside Regina Hall in the comedy film _Support the Girls_. Host Lawrence Burney deep dives with her on this week’s episode, touching on her love of vegetables and nature, her personal style, the difference in expressing herself through various forms and what’s bubbling in 2019.
