Across his career, Delly Ranx has touched all sides of Jamaican music and international dancehall culture. Born and raised in Kingston, Delly Ranx gravitated toward music early — he hit the ground running in the '90s with singles like “Sound Boy General,” "Gal No More Than You" and "Headache" (ft. Elephant Man). As a producer, Ranx has credits on tunes like "Weh Dem a Do" by Mavado, "Ganja Breed" by Sean Paul (off his Grammy-winning _Dutty Rock_ album) and the 2018 anthem “Family” by Popcaan. In 2018, Ranx released an album titled _Weed Market_, wholly about growing, smoking and the economy that surrounds it. As the weather starts to heat up here in NY, Delly Ranx stops in to the studio for an interview, and we’ll hear about the different shades and stories of his career.
