Savile, real name Gianpaolo Dieli, hails from Michigan, but he relocated to Chicago where he cut his teeth as a DJ and producer in the house and techno scene. Now rooted in NYC, during his years in Chicago he held a residency at the revered Midwest establishment Smart Bar and shared label-partner duties (alongside Steve Mizek) at the influential Argot Records, which showcases American talent. As a producer, Savile's tracks are finely tuned for the dancefloor and he's released on 2MR, Argot, Wazi Wazi and Amadeus Records. His latest output, _The Abolitionist_, is comprised of two tracks that drive awareness toward the Chicago Community Bond Fund, an organization working to pay bonds for people who can’t afford to.
