Mike Servito is no stranger to the turntables and the Bunker NY community. His history in raves and DJing reaches back to the mid-'90s in Detroit, where he came up with the local scene. A move to New York led him to become a resident at the Bunker party in 2012, and around that time the wind picked up in Servito’s career, bringing him to clubs internationally and cementing him as an important figure in the house and techno world. His sets are technically skilled and notoriously bitchy. In honor of Pride Month, Servito will join us in the NYC studio to play a set — he'll also discuss Pride and its meaning to him and the larger gay community, its importance, influence and reverberation through the world.
