Peak Time – Visual Identities: Fever Ray, Oneohtrix Point Never and the RBMF NYC

Today is all about the visual manifestations of the musician's mind as Vivian welcomes four creative directors on the show to discuss the roles they play in making a fanciful musical chimera into a tangible reality. First up is Kristen McElwain, the creative director of Red Bull Music's festivals in New York and Los Angeles, and Julia Heymans, art director of the RBMF NYC. Together the two are responsible for the overall creative direction of Red Bull's New York Festival, collaborating with the performing artists to realize the vision for such events as John Maus at Coney Island, Tristan Perich at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, serpentwithfeet at The Refectory at the High Line Hotel and more — they'll shed light on the process of constructing these unique stages. Then, CGI artist and musician Nate Boyce calls in to speak to his collaboration with Oneohtrix Point Never for his *MYRIAD* event.
