Drew Daniel – one half of experimental electronic duo Matmos, associate professor of English at Johns Hopkins University and author of the 33 1/3+ volume _Throbbing Gristle's Twenty Jazz Funk Greats_ – talks us through the trailblazing group’s ups and downs, at-times confusing musical catalog and the immense impact their ideas have had on modern music.
