For the longest time, Skream was synonymous with the very foundations of dubstep, nurtured at the Big Apple record shop in the South London suburb of Croydon. About six years ago – after the raging success of his bass-laden dance music supergroup Magnetic Man – Ollie Jones decided he was more interested in the solid chug and euphoric strings of 4/4, and has since made a solid career reinvention as one of the most loved house and techno DJs. Upon the event of his first mix for London's long-running _Fabriclive_ series, we talk about his DJing approach, his Of Unsound Mind record label and the new track "Ode to Mr. Smith" (it's a paean to his mentor Artwork, in whose studio Skream cut his production chops in the early 2000s). Also on today's Peak Time, we celebrate the 20-year anniversary of Air's _Moon Safari_, Nicolas Godin and Jean-Benoît Dunckel's beloved slice of sexy French electronic space-pop, plus plenty of new music, _bien sur_.
