Author Steve Miller spent a year getting deep inside the world of juggalos (the clown-makeup’d fans of rap group Insane Clown Posse); he talks with Vivian about his book *Juggalo: Insane Clown Posse, Their Fans, and the World They Made* and we listen to some hard-rocking (and potentially disturbing) tracks from the Psychopathic Records family. We’re also joined by Forest Juziuk who, along with Wolf Eyes’ Nate Young, is organizing this weekend’s second annual Trip Metal Fest (in Detroit and Chicago). We’ll be talking to him about working with Wolf Eyes and curating a free festival that encompasses harsh noise, guitar squall, dark techno and footwork from the likes of Body/Head, Container and Pharmakon.
