Matt FX has been the man behind the music for Comedy Central's hit show _Broad City_, now in its fifth and final season. Alongside the show's creators and stars, Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson, FX has helped realize the comedic value of a well-placed tune, a la Lady Gaga’s “The Edge of Glory” soundtracking Abbi's first time alone in her apartment, or Drake's "Started from the Bottom" playing as Abbi and Ilana roll up, Missy Elliot-style, to cash a fat check. On top of his supervising duties, the New York-native is also the creator and host of Food Network’s _In the Mix with Matt FX_ a 10-part series focusing on the intersection of music and food culture. A DJ, record producer and former host for MTV and Spotify, FX joins Vivian in the studio today to discuss his favorite moments from five years with _Broad City_, and what he's up to next.
