On the Floor – The Vixen at Red Bull Music Festival Chicago

Born on the South Side of Chicago, the Vixen is a drag performer and rapper whose work intersects with activism and social justice. During her time in art school at Columbia College in Chicago, she perfected the makeup skills needed to fulfill her drag persona, and she's quickly risen through the ranks of the scene, broadening her skillset to include rapping, collaborating with legendary drag queen Shea Couleè and releasing her *Tea Party* EP this year. In this session, the Vixen performs as part of the Futurehood label showcase at the Red Bull Music Festival in Chicago.
