Gramrcy's productions draw elements from his home country's rich rave history while pushing a resolutely forward-facing sound. His EPs on cult UK labels Ancient Monarchy and FTD established a restless, anything-goes approach to music-making, while his collaboration with Hodge last year displays a tougher and more upfront side. This approach extends through to his DJ sets, fluid and stylistically diverse selections that skillfully weave between genres and eras while maintaining a fun and carefree approach. Besides running the longstanding Housework parties in Bristol and Berlin (alongside Shanti Celeste, Golesworthy and Daisy Moon), he’s set to release forthcoming EPs on Glass Talk Records and Midnight Shift. In this session, the producer performs a light house set at the epic 16-hour rave at one of Bristol's leading clubs.
