On the Floor – Africans with Mainframes at Orange Room

Africans with Mainframes is the collective alias of Chicago natives Jamal Moss (AKA Hieroglyphic Being) and Noleian Reusse. Over the course of numerous releases — there's the *Save The Robots* EP, *Nubian Rainbows* and the debut album, *K.M.T.*, on Soul Jazz Records — Africans with Mainframes have used electronic music as the medium to explore afrofuturist themes. In this session, they perform an appropriately spacey DJ set in Detroit's Orange Room.
