Peckham has enjoyed a creative rise in the last decade, with artists as wide ranging as James Blake, King Krule and Moses Boyd coming through the London district. But at the center of it all is Bradley Zero. Originally from Leeds, the DJ, promoter and tastemaker started serving drinks in Bar Story before being allowed to take over the decks. Part of the original Boiler Room team, he now heads up Rhythm Section, a club night, record label and platform for so many artists — it has breathed life into not just venues like Bussey Building but also the whole of the local area. He's hosted shows on NTS and BBC Radio 1, and DJs all over the world.
In this episode of No Place Like Home, Bradley Zero takes us to the streets of SE15 and plays the tracks that soundtracked his journey.
