Main Stage – Vladimir Ivkovic at MIRA Festival Berlin

Belgrade-born Vladimir Ivkovic is one of the longest-running residents at Salon des Amateurs, a club which has become synonymous with an experimental approach to nightlife. This sense of experimentalism and open-mindedness is a working mantra for Ivkovic, and was an inspiration to launch his own imprint, Offen Music, in 2015. The label has released unusual and sometimes even long-lost music (its first release was a collection of salvaged recordings from the late Mitar Subotić, a Serbian avant-garde composer, entitled *In the Moon Cage*). In this session, Ivkovic brings his angular and thought-provoking sound to the legendary Funkhaus.
