Detlef Weinrich is a vital figure in Düsseldorf’s pioneering and critical electronic music scene. For the last 14 years, he's been responsible for curating some of the most distinct and eccentric sounds at Salon Des Amateurs, the cult club he cofounded in 2004. A member of avant-pop group Kreidler, it is under the Tolouse Low Trax moniker that he creates long-drawn, krauty electronic music which is both intellectually challenging and dancefloor functional. In this session, Tolouse Low Trax returns to the DJ booth with his usual blend of low frequencies and chugging rhythms.
