Skinnybones is a Montréal-based producer who makes what he calls "ghetto sadware." Under the moniker Heart & Soul, together with Jacob Chelkowski, he produced synth-heavy analog techno with a nod to the Detroit style. Operating under the name Skinnybones, he is a part of the Montréal rave collective ESL Crew, mixing techno with bass-heavy genres like UK garage, dancehall and grime. He recently released his first solo EP on his own imprint, Ski Tracks. In this session, he performs an off-kilter set of dubby live electronics.
