Frankie Teardrop originally moved to Montréal on a soccer scholarship, but soon made their mark on the city as a DJ, producer and promoter of Montréal's queer underground scene. Teardrop manages both LIP — a series of afterhours that take place in different locations across the city — and Slut Island, a queer and feminist DIY festival that features musicians and DJs who identify as women and queer. In this session, they perform an energetic set filled with leftfield jams and minimalist techno.
