Ginga Beat is celebrating a new phase of its lifespan. The programme has started a new residency on the Vodafone.fm radio waves and has refreshed the host crew. Seven years have gone by since its debut on RBMA Radio, maintaining itself as a faithful missionary of diggin’ and the dissemination of the underground “Luso-made movement”. Weekly, every Thursday at 10PM, originating from distinct vertices – Portugal, Brazil and Angola – Lusophone music will remain the main focus, traveling across these new geographies. The programme’s host quartet of major players consists of *Joaquim Quadros*, promoter and connaisseur of the local music scene, as well as *Maze*, charismatic MC of Dealema and longtime member of the show, who will investige everything that is relevant up north.
