Every Thursday, First Floor focuses on all sorts of new electronic music, but often times those new releases are come from names that we’ve been familiar with for years. On this episode, one of those names is Pariah, a British producer who’s largely stayed out of the spotlight since he dropped an acclaimed handful of genre-blurring EPs on the legendary R&S label. Although he’s continued to be active as one half of Karenn (a techno-oriented collaboration with Blawan), his solo output all but dried up... until now. Here he discusses his long-awaited album _Here From Where We Are_, along with the difficulties he encountered while making it and why it sounds so different. Also joining the show is NYC trio Forma, who stop by to discuss their new _Semblance_ LP and their continuing journey into the outer realms of electronic music.
