When December rolls around, the release calendar quiets down, leaving electronic music fanatics with time to round up their favorite tracks and releases of the year. But given that the scene is as trend-obsessed as it is, the cognoscenti don't just talk about what they did or didn't like – they also speak more generally about what it all means, and what it portends for the year ahead. This year-in-review episode of First Floor dives headlong into the latter.
