Founded in 2008 in Burlington, Vermont by Toby Aronson and Matt Mayer, NNA Tapes is a cassette, vinyl and digital label that has released music by dozens of artists from across the indie spectrum, particularly focusing on the more off-kilter strains of experimental techno and ambient music. Most recently, NNA Tapes released *All That is Solid Melts into Air*, the sixth studio album of Brooklyn-based interdisciplinary musician Lea Bertucci – a series of durational works which introduce string instrumentation more prominently into her recorded material, such as cello, viola and double bass.
