Growing up in a musical family in Kentish Town, Camden, siblings Kitty, Daisy and Lewis's devotion to a life in music seemed almost inevitable. Their mother, Ingrid Weiss, used to play drums in the Raincoats, and their father, who's a member of the trio’s live band, was an in-demand recording engineer. The siblings learned their chops with gigs in the pub scene of Camden, mostly playing covers of trad blues, rock & roll and West Indian music; still in their teens, they started working out their own material, drawing influences from those vintage sounds. In this Fireside Chat, they reflect on their ever-changing London home base, their favorite blues harp players and the merits of building your own studio space.
