Sella Turcica is a Romanian DJ and producer who's based in Copenhagen and is a member of the BunkerBauer label, club series and artist collective. Her DJ style blends the fierce polyrhythmic atmospherics of drum & bass and breakbeat with the evolving Danish 140 BPM techno sound — raw and gloomy, with an emphasis on otherworldly storytelling. Most recently, she's been championed by Courtesy, the Danish techno obsessive and former Academy alum who, with her new label Kulør, is pushing the Danish style worldwide.
