Daniel Pérez is a DJ, turntablist, producer and member of Santiago-based hip-hop crew Mente Sabia Cru. Aside from working as a selector, DJ Perez is also an accomplished audio engineer, responsible for mixing Chilean artists such as Franz Mesko, Bronko Yotte and Pérez Muerez. His latest project, "J.J. Pérez: Mono Blanco" beautifully demonstrates his blend of hip-hop and jazz influences. In this Choice Mix, he seamlessly blurs the lines between the two genres.
