Academy alum ZUFU, AKA Felipe Salmon, is best known as one half of the contagious Latin American duo Dengue Dengue Dengue. Alongside his partner Rafael Periera, Salmon has brought a new level of tropical madness to the digital cumbia world, fusing modern production savvy with traditional sounds to create a compelling modern interpretation. Hailing from the Peruvian capital of Lima, the band is known for humorous visuals, psychedelic masks and raw dance wobble. Dengue Dengue Dengue is instantly recognizable, having built up a fanbase through releases on the Portuguese label Enchufada (the most recent being 2018’s _Son de los Diablos_).
