Hasan Hujairi is a composer, researcher and artist from Bahrain who came to the 2010 Academy in London as a participant. His interests span ethnomusicology, experimental music and installations, and his academic work has taken him around the world to universities in England, Japan and the United States. He's also spent time in Seoul, completing his doctorate in music composition at the National University’s College of Music. In 2017 he released an album, _Throat_, on the LA/NYC label Paxico Records.
