A participant at the 2008 Academy in Barcelona, Polish DJ and producer Eltron has strong roots in the Polish musical underground. He is a resident at the clubs Smolna in Warsaw and Szpitalna 1 in Kraków and long-time affiliate of the lauded Unsound Festival. Known for playing passionate, extended DJ sets – sometimes between 6 and 8 hours – he digs deep into his ever-expanding record collection and has a knack for playing across and between genres: house to disco to soul to dub to techno, with strains of the psychedelic and more. Eltron has released original music on labels such as Pets Recordings/STEP, Transatlantyk, The Very Polish Cut-Outs, MOST, S1 Warsaw, U Know Me, UNDERTHESEA and Uncanny Valley. In recent years, he’s also been making music as part of the duo Seltron 400, with two new releases due in the summer/autumn of 2018.
