Nikki Pardo is the owner of Global Alliance Solutions, a diversity training company located in the city of Detroit. Nikki formerly worked with Wayne County Prosecutor’s office as department supervisor over the Victim’s Services Unit. She was assigned to the Homicide and Sex Crimes Unit, also serving as the coordinator for the Witness Protection Program. She is a board member of the Michigan Hispanic Police Officer’s Association.
Harold Love was born and raised in Detroit. He now lives in Clarkston, Michigan where he has a private practice providing psychological services to police agencies and police officers in the form of counseling and crisis intervention. Harold also served with the Michigan State Police for 25 years, retiring in 2013 as a captain.
